MRI (2013) showed a well-defined extra-axial right CPA mass
lesion (4x3.5 cm) with mass effect. The lesion was T1 isointense, T2 heterogeneously hypo- and hyperintense and showed intense post-contrast enhancement with an enhancing dural tail. The lesion was surgically removed and diagnosed as grade I
meningioma. Follow up MRI (2014) revealed a progressive course
with increase in the size of the right CPA lesion (4x4x3 cm)
with mass effect. Gross total removal of the lesion was done.

A 25 year old male Yemenite presented with chronic diarrhea of more than one year duration. This was associated with weight loss. Initial treatments with antidiarrheal medications and unknown antibiotics did not help. He had upper and lower GI endoscopies in Yemen that showed nonspecific chronic inflammation. However several months later repeat upper GI endoscopy and biopsy revealed findings compatible with celiac disease. He was put on gluten free diet but with no improvement. CT abdomen revealed enlarged mesenteric and retroperitoneal lymph nodes up to 3.1 cm with dilated small bowel with thickened walls.
